Ralph Broad (1936-2010)

The founder of the tin-top championship-winning Broadspeed team passed away in September.
Broad's Minis battled the works Coopers in the British Saloon Car Championship, gaining BMC backing to enter the European Touring Car Championship in 1965 before moving to Ford the following year.
He retired to Portugal after the ill-fated 1976 Jaguar XJ12C programme.
