The Alfa Romeo Spider is a two-seater, front engine, rear drive roadster manufactured and marketed by Alfa Romeo from 1966 to 1994 in four distinct generations, or Series, each with modifications ranging from modest to extensive. Series 4 launched in 1990 with Bosch Motronic electronic fuel injection, full-width body-colored plastic bumper fascias, an electric cooling fan, full-width rear taillights, eliminating the front under-bumper and rear trunk-lid spoilers of previous series.
