Description
Launched in 1972 The 365GT4 2+2 was Developed From the 365GTC/4 taking the same Chassis engine/Transmission layout of the GTC/4, The heritage going back to the 365 California of 1966 using all round independent Wishbone Suspension and 4.4 Colombo V12 . Sharing the same Family Heritage as the 365GTB/4 Daytona though with a 5 speed manual Gearbox conventionally located and Wet sump Lubrication the GT4 2+2 was a superb Autostrada Cruiser that would get you to the South of France in style and comfort.
Out of 525 cars produced only 109 Right hand Drive examples were produced Making it far rarer than the Famous 'Daytona' of which there were 1383 production cars.
This car Chassis 19603 is the very last Right Hand Drive 365GT4 2+2 to leave the factory in 1976. First Registered in the UK in 1977 it has only 55,000 miles on the clock.
Retaining its original Black Leather and Claret Carpets the interior is untouched but in very good usable condition with no tares to leather but with good period patina that you rarely see .
The body has been repainted in Mid Metallic Blue and is in good though not perfect condition.
Engine has been Refreshed in recent years and the running Gear Totally rebuilt we believe less than 5000 miles ago. New Clutch and cover Fitted 500 miles ago, the engine is smooth with good oil pressure and pulls as you would expect form a 4.4 liter V12 with all the right Ferrari Noises .
Be under no illusion this is 100% a proper Front engine V12 Ferrari experience and a rare chance to run practically a V12 Ferrari for under £100,000.
Sensible offers are invited .
