1958 Mercedes-Benz 220S "Ponton" CabrioletThis extremely desirable 1958 Mercedes-Benz 220S "Ponton" Cabriolet is a beautiful example and a very strong driver wearing an older restoration. Ivory with tan leather and 4-speed on the column. Mechanically excellent with lovely paint, chrome, and interior. Nice wood-trim, leather, and soft-top with boot cover included. Clean and solid with a nice straight body. This 220S Cabriolet is one of 2,178 total built between 1956 and 1959. With only the slightest hint of separate rear fenders, these models would subsequently be dubbed the "Ponton" cars as a reference to their pontoon fenders.
