1926 Rolls-Royce 20 HP Sports Saloon by Windover (1926)

1926 Rolls-Royce 20 HP Sports Saloon by Windover finished in beautiful Black over Midnight Blue with a polished Aluminium bonnet and wonderful original Brass work. The interior sill retails its original leather which is just beautifully mellowed and is a fabulous and scarce feature on a car of this age and is testament to the way it has been maintained by its few former keepers. Chassis number GYK91 was delivered to its first owner, a Mr Greatrex of Sutton. He kept the car until the start of the Second World War. In 1958 the car was shipped with its new owner, the well celebrated Dr Findlay E. Russell, to Arizona USA.  There are photographs in the history file of the car in the US throughout the 50’sand 60’s.  Dr Russell kept the car until 2003 when it was repatriated to the UK and was purchased by its last keeper. This 20 HP remains in stunning condition throughout and is totally rust free. It is probably the finest 20 HP we have seen. Running and driving perfectly. Ready to show and tour, a prize winner
