This 1966 Sunbeam Tiger Roadster is a special model that was built from 12/1966-1997. Production numbers were around 568, all fitted with 4.7 V8 Ford engine.
These were all made with a jal tag matching to the vin and engine number to authenticate them.
Based off the Sunbeam Alpine Roadster, a very popular British sports car, the Tiger MK2 is the much more aggressive big brother. With a collaboration between Sunbeam and Carroll Shelby the Tiger MK2 was born featuring a Ford produced 289ci (4.7L Ford Windsor V8), giving this small sports car the punch it needed to tackle the market head on.
This car is a left hand drive convertible bought from a private collection in Japan. It has travelled 94,147 km.
