Concours in the city
Some of the world’s rarest classic cars will be displayed in the British capital this summer, when London Concours returns from 3-5 June 2025.
A gathering of Mercedes-Benz SLs, V8-engined Ferraris, an Aston Martin showcase and a rare Bugatti EB110SS will be among the highlights at the Honourable Artillery Company in central London.
Plus, who will win the brand-new Restoration Showcase, organised in partnership with Classic & Sports Car?
Here’s what to look out for at this year’s event.

1. Some of the best of British
Depending on which day you visit London Concours, you will see different classic cars parked at the Honourable Artillery Company.
That’s because the concours vehicles will be joined by some special showcases – on 3 June, there will be a tribute to Aston Martin.
More than 40 examples, including DB4s, V8 Vantages and more, will gather at the show.
2. A spotlight on the specialists
London Concours and Classic & Sports Car will celebrate some of the world’s leading classic car specialists in the Restoration Showcase.
Each car will be driven onto the stage, then its restorer will be interviewed by C&SC’s international editor, Mick Walsh, revealing some of the stories behind it and the expertise involved in this work.
The judging panel will select a winner and that vehicle will be invited to September’s Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace, where it will compete for the Restoration Showcase Car of the Year award.
3. Great eights
If you’re a fan of Maranello’s eight-cylinder masterpieces, then make sure to check out the selection of V8-engined Ferraris.
The concours class will feature 10 mid-engined marvels, like the 308GT4, 328GTS and 360 Modena.
Which will be your favourite?
4. Thames Ditton’s finest
The 12-strong Legendary AC Cars category will be filled with the British firm's greatest hits.
Highlights include a 1964 AC Cobra that was raced by Roy Salvadori, a rare 1967 AC 428 Frua Spyder prototype and the 1954 AC Aceca once owned by record-breaker Donald Campbell.
Fittingly, the ex-Campbell Aceca (above) is finished in Bluebird Blue.
5. German greats
Expect a showdown for German modern classics in the Youngtimers group.
There will be 1970s, ’80 and ’90s legends from Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and more.
Among them will be a BMW 5 Series-based 1994 Alpina B10, a Mercedes-Benz 560SEC and a Porsche 930 turbo Flachbau (for ‘flatnose’ or ‘slantnose’).
6. Stuttgart celebration
After the Aston Martin tribute on Tuesday, a line-up of Mercedes-Benz models will take over the Honourable Artillery Company on the second day of London Concours 2025.
Some of the German marque’s most sought-after classic cars, such as the 300SL Gullwing and 600 Grosser, will be part of the 50-car spectacle.
7. Mercedes-Benz superstars
And that’s not all for fans of the three-pointed star.
London Concours has teamed up with Goodwood Road Racing Club to honour the Mercedes-Benz SL.
The display will celebrate the model’s history with examples of the 300SL Gullwing, 190SL, Pagoda, SLR McLaren and more.
8. Catch the Bug
One of the stars of the Dream Cars class will be this Bugatti EB110 SS.
The SS edition was a 602bhp, carbonfibre-bodied version of Bugatti’s 200mph-plus supercar.
This example was bought new by the Sultan of Brunei.
It will face some tough competition, including a Ferrari F40, a Lamborghini Diablo GT and a Porsche 959.
9. Hypercar trio
Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche sparked headlines when all three manufacturers launched flagship hypercars in the early 2010s.
It’s been more than 10 years since the trio was released, but enthusiasts continue to debate which is best.
All three – a Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder – will be at London Concours this summer.
10. Fantastic Fords
The crème de la crème of the fast Ford world? Some of the finest Blue Oval models will be at London Concours from 3-5 June 2025.
There will be a V8-engined Ford Capri Perana, a Lotus Cortina, an Escort RS Cosworth, an RS 200 and more.
Plus, a complete set of Ford GTs, from a roadgoing version of the 1960s racer to 2018’s V6-engined supercar.
11. Supercar gathering
On the final day of London Concours 2025 (5 June), 50 supercars will assemble at the Honourable Artillery Company.
From classic Porsche and Lamborghini models to McLaren and Ferrari’s latest offerings, they are sure to bring plenty of style – and noise – to the city-centre show.
12. Something a bit different
If you need a break from the ultra-rare supercars and multi-million-pound hypercars, then check out the interesting classics in the Wildcards class.
The line-up includes a Peel P50 microcar, a Meyers Manx beach buggy and a Jaguar XJS Celebration Convertible (pictured).
See you there
Last year’s Best in Show winner was a Lamborghini Diablo SE30 (above).
At London Concours 2025, 80 cars will compete for the accolade at the Honourable Artillery Company, located between Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations, from 3-5 June.
