FORD ANGLIA 100E

2-door saloon.

Structurally it's Consul/Zephyr with MacPherson front suspension, semi-elliptics at the back and unitary body, though the redesigned engine with its pump cooling is still a long-stroke flathead. Ride, handling and stopping powers incomparably better than the old Anglia's, but it won't usually better 30mpg and all the character has gone; three-speed gearbox.
