BERKELEY SPORTS SE492/FOURSOME

Performance now matches looks, thanks to Excelsior air-cooled triple-carb three-cylinder engine, rated at 30bhp. Weighs less than 800lb, and the floor change (also on late SE328s) is an improvement on earlier column shift. Stronger body, wider on the four-seater Foursome, but the Excelsior 'triple' doesn't have a good reliability record.
