Last of the off-the-peg racers: a twin-cam blown eight with inclined valves, roller-bearing crankshaft, stronger alloy-spoke wheels, and a formidable 187bhp. Recognise it by the lower supercharger relief hole in the bonnet, twin fuel tank fillers and the magneto on the left side of the dash. Road equipment available. As well as the 11/2-litre 51A, a 2-litre 51B was listed.
