The full classic model as favoured by the Duke of Windsor who had a '36, a '38, and a '39. All except 1939s had the 138ins wheelbase, an extra 3ins coming with the final pre-war facelift. Sidemounts are beginning to look clumsy by 1939. Usual improvements, eg coil rear springs '38 and column shift '39.
