FERRARI 250GT
Coupè, 2+2 coupè, cabriolet.
The first 'volume' production Ferrari: most of them have Pininfarina's 2+2 coupè body (1958 on). Coil-spring front suspension and four-speeds with overdrive standard on 1960-63 2+2s and 1959-62 cabriolets. Power around 220/240bhp and up to 140mph. Disc brakes for 1960 when UK imports start in earnest. Aluminium bodywork rather fragile.
