4-door 5-seater saloon/estate.

Same underpan and suspension as earlier Granada, but crisp Mercedes-like styling and fresh engine line-up. Unlike MkIs, all models built in Germany, with Pinto and German V6 engines. Fuel injection and 150bhp on 2.8i models gave near-120mph performance. Soft handling, firmer with 'S' engines (2.5-litres for '83). Five-speed 'box on later models, but most V6 Granadas had automatic.
