2-seater sports, 3-seater sports saloon.

Hailing from Ringwood, this one featured a horizontally-mounted JAP single at the back of an ash frame with transverse-leaf ifs and coupled brakes. Three-speed 'box, positive-stop shift and kick-starter show 'bike influence, but there's a dummy grille up front. Early ones fabric-bodied, but metal paneling and too much weight on '35s, which even the 21bhp ohv engine couldn't counteract.
