LEIDART V8
2-seater sports.
Strange mix of Ford V8 engine, Bugatti chassis, 12/50 Alvis steering gear and March Special lookalike body, this was a one-off built in Pontefract by Messrs Leith and Huddart. Unusual feature was the use of Scintilla headlights. Even more unusual, the only car built has only recently come to light, admittedly in a parlous state.
