PEUGEOT 304

2-door/4-door 4-seater saloon/estate/coupé/cabriolet.

Same basic car as 204 with same floorpan, running gear and body shell, but different nose style and larger/more powerful engines. Coupé/cabriolet bodies took over from 204 equivalents in 1970. 304S, with 69bhp, was a 90mph model, but as with 204 most were dull, worthy and reliable. Probably no diesels (from 1976) in the UK - these were desperately slow cars.
