Improved and larger 38bhp DKW-type longitudinal engine and new wrap-around rear window; three-on-the-column and freewheel. UK-available from late '60, dual-circuit brakes '64; some late cars with front discs. Saxomat automatic clutch available; some export models have four-speed 'box, which is standardised for 1966. Sturdy and thirsty.
