SS JAGUAR 2½-LITRE/3½-LITRE (1938-40)

4-door saloon, drophead coupé.

Another excellent machine, this time on a 120ins wheelbase frame, with standard SS Jaguar features such as the slick four speed 'box, all round semi-elliptics, Girling brakes and seven bearing engine with SS ohv head. A 2½-litre drophead coupé cost £415, and the main difference between the two cars was that the 2½ had a 4.5:1 back axle and the 3½ had 4.25:1 ratio.
