STANDARD FLYING NINE

Saloon, saloon de luxe.

Grown up Nine, with slightly larger engine and Flying styling. Chassis was conventional, with semi-elliptics all round, engine had sidevalves, a single Zenith carb, ali head and thermo-siphon cooling, while there were Bendix brakes and a four speed synchro 'box. A worthy car, but that look didn't scale down too well.
