A display of 1970s and 1980s rally cars was a highlight for visitors to this year’s Luxembourg International Motor Show from 9-11 December.

Lancias included 1977 World Rally Champion Sandro Munari’s 1976 Stratos HF (above) and a 1983 Rally 037 that ‘Flying Finn’ Markku Alén once campaigned, lined up alongside the Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV (below) that Guy Fréquelin and Christian Delferrière drove to eighth place on the 1975 Rallye Monte Carlo.

Star cars also included the FASA-Renault A110 that musician and 1971 Spanish Rally Champion Lucas Sáinz drove to fourth on the 1975 RACC Rally of Spain.

Other standouts at the show’s Kirchberg International Fair home extended to a pink Alpine A310 that was an all-lady entry on the 1977 Rallye Monte Carol. Marketta Oksala and Yvonne Pratt brought the French coupé home to 17th overall.
