| 7 May 2015

Classic & Sports Car - The London Show is proud to announce details of some of the world’s finest classic car dealers who will be displaying an incredible array of historic cars at Alexandra Palace this autumn.

Joining the world’s most famous collectors and motor manufacturers, Alexandra Palace will play home to the world’s most important classic car dealers including JD Classics, Hexagon Classics, Frank Dale & Stepsons, New Forest Classic Cars, Maranello Classic Parts, Graypaul Classic Cars and DD Classics.

Collectively, these world-renowned dealers will wow crowds with everything from the rarest Ferrari models to the finest Jaguars, pre-war Rolls Royce and Bentley and even modern day classics. And there are many more to follow; these are just a selection of retailers who have already signed up to
Classic & Sports Car – The London Show.

JD Classics has built a formidable global reputation as one of the world’s finest restorers and retailers of classic cars, stocking headline cars from the finest Aston Martin, Ferrari and Lamborghini to, of course, the world’s-best classic Jaguars. With many class wins at the Pebble Beach Concours of Elegance, numerous victories in historic racing including the Monaco Historic and now a Mayfair showroom to complement its impressive Maldon race and restoration workshops – not to mention its seven showrooms – JD Classics is a truly exceptional business. Derek Hood, owner of JD Classics, said: “We’re very excited to be involved in Classic & Sports Car – The London Show. Alexandra Palace is a sensational location for this event. Rest assured we will more than match its drama with a display of the finest historic cars.”

Hexagon Classics

Hexagon Classics has sold classic and sports cars since the 1960s, building up an enviable network of contacts with a stocklist that encompasses the world’s best classics including Aston Martin, Ferrari and Porsche, from locations in Kensington and Fortis Green – the latter just a mile or so away from Alexandra Palace.

As well as selling Porsche and modern classics, the latter site has also recently become an official Lotus dealer too, its location just a stone’s throw from the 1950s Lotus Cars showroom in nearby Hornsey. In a nod to the original showroom, Hexagon Classics will be displaying an original Lotus Elite on its stand – among other head-turning classics.

Paul Michaels, Chairman of Hexagon Classics, commented: “We’re huge fans of Classic & Sports Car magazine, so we’re very proud to be involved with this exciting new London event. I have no doubt it will be extremely well attended - and the fact it is being held at such a majestic location as Alexandra Palace is the icing on the cake. Hexagon has more than 50 years experience in selling the finest classic and sports cars: our stand will reflect our expertise.”
