A £20million cavalcade of 50 spectacular classics that will be appearing at Salon Privé next week will drive in convoy to the venue on Tuesday (3 September) and enthusiasts can see them for free.
The 30-mile Chubb Insurance Tour d’Elégance kicks off at the Royal Automobile Club Woodcote Park in Epsom and will travel via Mercedes-Benz World – where they will lap the test track – and Brooklands Museum before heading on to Syon Park in Brentford.
As well as trying to catch the participants en route, spectators are invited to see all the cars at M-B World from 12.30pm to 2pm.

On the tour wlll be several of the prestigious councours' star cars including 1947 Cisitalia 202 MM Nuvolari Spider, 1973 Porsche 911 RS M471 'Lightweight', 1949 Riley 105 Transformable Coupé and wonderfully patinated 1955 Ferrari 500 Mondial. There are several major changes to Salon Privé this year including public displays by Porsche Club GB, the Ferrari Owners' Club and Pistonheads.
