The Cartier Style et Luxe concours that’s part of Goodwood Festival of Speed, returns from 9-12 July 2026 – and this year’s categories have been announced.

The competition, featuring more than 40 vehicles, will be split into seven classes, all displayed next to Goodwood House, a stone’s throw from the famous hillclimb.

And the set of Lamborghini Miuras in the model’s 60th-anniversary year will surely be a big draw.

Keep an eye out for Miura Miura On The Wall – The Fairest Of Them All, a concours class devoted to the Bertone-styled, mid-engined supercar.

Elsewhere, the oldest cars on display will be in the No More Horse Play – Dawn Of The Motor Car division. This will bring together motoring pioneers from the 19th century, including some of the earliest petrol-powered machines.

Meanwhile, Top Ghia – The Carrozzeria’s Golden Age will honour 110 years of Carrozzeria Ghia with some of the Italian coachbuilder’s most celebrated designs from the 1950s and ’60s.

For something more modern, how about Track & Field – Sports Cars Born To Race And Rally? Here Goodwood will assemble a star cast of roadgoing homologation specials of the 1980s.

The Koenigsegg CCX turns 20 this year

But the most powerful cars on display will surely be found in Need for Swede – Koenigsegg’s Hypercar Revolution, a showcase for pre-2010 Koenigseggs.

It might feel like the Swedish supercar maker is still the new kid on the block, but Christian von Koenigsegg’s firm is more than three decades old and 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of its third model, the CCX.

And, following 2025’s celebration of the Ford Transit van, arguably the most surprising class in this year’s Cartier Style et Luxe concours is one for motorbike fans – expect bechromed custom ’bikes from 1950s America in The Long Fork To Freedom – American Choppers.
