Siddeleys tour Wiltshire

| 24 Jul 2012

This year’s Armstrong Siddeley Owners’ Club annual rally had a strong showing, with 50 cars taking part in the two-day event.

The meet kicked off on 14 July with a 58-mile drive through the Wiltshire countryside that included a spot-the-object quiz, with items to be identified along the route.

Teams returning to the event's base, at Marsh Farm Hotel in Royal Wootton Bassett, were treated to dinner with the town's Mayor and Mayoress, plus speeches from the presidents of the UK, Australian and Dutch clubs.

The Bristol Owners and Drivers Association lent its support the following day, showcasing the contrasting designs of the British firms.
