Out with the old image and in with a new shape: 90bhp ohc engine, hydraulic clutch, all-synchro 'box, servo disc brakes all round, and de Dion rear end. Can be a brute to work on, and rough at low speeds, but cruises in the high 80s and will turn in 30-32mpg. Sluggish automatic available from October '66, plastic grille and exterior tart-up for 1971 model-year.
