The ex-Stirling Moss Lotus 18 that won the Monaco and German Grands Prix in 1961 will make its Vintage Sports-Car Club debut at the 21 April Spring Start meet, alongside the Cooper T45 that won the 1958 Monaco Grand Prix.

Seven ERAs will take part in the combined Patrick Lindsay and Amschel Rothschild Trophies Memorial Race at the same meeting. They will be battling against Tony Smith’s exquisite ex-Phil Hill 1960 Ferrari 246 Dino and Rod Jolley’s 1958 Lister Jaguar Monza. There will also be rare appearances from Julian Bronson’s 1960 Scarab Grand Prix car and Tom Dark’s 1938 Bugatti 59/50B ‘Cork Car’.

The GP Itala Trophy Race features pre-1931 cars such as three fantastic 1930 Type 35B Bugattis, Chris Williams' thunderous 24-litre Napier-Bentley and a rather more nimble 1929 Morgan Super Aero.
