HR Owen, one of the UK's leading luxury car dealers, has announced that it will be branching out into the world of classics with the launch of HR Owen Classic Cars at this year’s Classic & Sports Car – The London Show on 30 October-1 November.

The new business aims to deal in iconic supercars of the 1980s and ’90s, such as the Ferrari F40 and Lamborghini Countach. In addition to selling more valuable modern classics, the firm will also source cars for its customers – a service for which demand has risen over recent years. Having world-class technicians on site will also enable the specialist to check and service new stock.

“For the past few years we’ve been watching the ever-growing classic car market and listening to an increasing number of HR Owen customers who either want to buy a classic from us or want us to help them source a classic,” said marketing director Tom King. “But before we fully committed ourselves to the classic market, we wanted to make sure we had an offering worthy of the HR Owen name. We’re confident that the reputation we’ve built as the world’s leading luxury car dealer is set to flourish further.”
