Classic & Sports Car – Updating your classic Jag just got easier

A new product from Jaguar Land Rover Classic will help owners enjoy the convenience of  21st-century navigation, audio and infotainment systems, even if they have an older car.

The authentic-looking, classically-styled head unit is designed to suit most classics – not just Jaguars and Land Rovers – that use negative-earth electrics.

The single DIN-sized Classic Infotainment System units bring smartphone integration, Bluetooth connectivity and sat-nav to your car, plus dual DAB/DAB+ radio in addition to AM and FM.

Choose between black and brushed-aluminium finishes for your Land Rover

This is all controlled by a 3.5-inch high-resolution touchscreen that sits between traditional knobs and buttons.

And while this is suitable for a broad range of classics, branded versions are available for Jaguars and Land Rovers: a chrome or black faceplate for the former, and black or silver brushed aluminium for the latter.

The Europe-wide, 32-language sat-nav can be shown in 2D or 3D, while the system as a whole can use English, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian.

The units cost £1200 (including VAT) and are available now online. A fitting service is offered at Jaguar Land Rover Classic Works in Warwickshire, as well as at select Authorised Jaguar and Land Rover Retailers.
